Refund Policy

1. Standard Refund Policy

We at Business Science LLC want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Business Science LLC offers a 30-day refund policy that is a satisfaction guarantee. If a course is purchased and you find the material is not acceptable, contact us by submitting a support ticket here. Business Science will evaluate your refund request.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed coursework percentage before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase.

If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

Business Science recognizes environmental setup for courses may be complex. Therefore reserves the right to assist in the resolution of any issues encountered within the course prior to refund consideration.

3. Refund Exclusions

• Purchases made more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
• Subscription payments.
• Any payments for live courses, seat-based programs, and Bootcamps.
• Requests not demonstrating that you have started the course.
• If your employment or financial situation changes.
• If your employer changes their preferred programming language (e.g. Python to R, or R to Python).

All other requests will be evaluated at the discretion of Business Science.
